At Bambola Lashes, we care about the safety and comfort of our clients. That's why we offer an allergy test service to ensure that your Eyelash Extension appointment goes smoothly. If you're new to Eyelash Extensions or have extra sensitive skin, this service is especially important. We'll test the glue and lash materials at least 48 hours before your Full Set appointment to make sure that you're not allergic. If you've had a bad reaction in the past or want to try a different glue, we're here to help. All booking fees will be required at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If booking in advance of 48 hours, please refer to the "TIME SENSITIVE" email for the booking fee deadline. For further assistance, please contact Tiana. For any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments, Bambola Lashes requires at least 48 hours notice without a penalty. All appointments being rescheduled/cancelled within 48 hours of their appointment, will result in a 50% charge of the appointment booked. All appointments being rescheduled/cancelled within six hours of the appointment, and/or no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. Any appointment late by 15 minutes or later will be cancelled automatically following our cancellation policies. All booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. All clients are responsible for reading all of the updated emails and policies when booking an appointment.
